Rudy Morales Viales
Corporate and real estate law
Attorney trained in China, Latin America and Costa Rica. Master’s degree in Political Theory and Law (East China Normal University, Shanghai) and Professional Master’s in Constitutional Justice (UCR).
He has taken part in mergers and acquisitions, complex due diligence processes, financing of real estate projects and coordination of initiatives in international cooperation and regulatory improvement.
He has worked with organizations such as the OAS, the Government of the Netherlands, CONAMAJ,
the General Directorate of Migration, the Border Police, the Supreme Court of Justice
and the Border Posts Council.
The boutique firm model makes it possible to maintain a close relationship with each client and devote the necessary time to understanding the full context before recommending any action.
